Mother's Day Brunch Private Chef - Chef Matts Culinary Creations

Mother's Day Brunch Private Chef

The One Sunday a Year Mom Shouldn't Cook — So Nobody Has To

Mother's Day brunch at home — cooked by someone who is not Mom, and not you. A chef cooks the full spread in your kitchen, serves it at your table, and cleans everything before leaving. Mother's Day brunch carries the holiday rate of $202.50 per person against an eight-guest minimum, so a booking starts at $1,620 before groceries.

Mother's Day brunches are cooked across South Jersey, Philadelphia and the Main Line, the Jersey Shore, North and Central Jersey, and Myrtle Beach.

Mother's Day 2027 is Sunday, May 9. Book by mid-April. It is the single busiest brunch day of the year — restaurants and chefs alike.

Her Recipes, Served Back to Her

The move that lands every time: send one of Mom's own recipes and let the chef cook it for her. The dish she has made for everyone else for thirty years, placed in front of her, cooked properly.

Skip the Restaurant Scramble

Mother's Day is the busiest restaurant day of the year — fixed menus, rushed tables, a room at full volume. At home, the table is yours, the pacing is yours, and the food is better.

Mother's Day Brunch Pricing

Mother's Day brunch carries the 35% major-holiday premium on the brunch rate: $202.50 per person, against an eight-guest minimum, which puts a booking at $1,620 before groceries and fees. That covers the full spread cooked in your kitchen and served at your table, with full cleanup. Groceries are billed at cost and a $100 travel fee applies 25 or more miles from the serving base. See the full pricing breakdown for every service and fee.

How the Morning Runs

The chef arrives several hours before service. Mom does not see the kitchen, does not clear a plate, and does not find a sink full of dishes after — that is the entire point. Leftovers are portioned and refrigerated before the chef leaves.

The same service runs for Father's Day dinner in June and as a non-holiday private brunch. For every holiday on the calendar, see the holiday private chef page.

Why Book Mother's Day Brunch Chef With Chef Matts

Bringing a chef into your home should feel calm, considered, and personal — not transactional. Every booking with Chef Matts Culinary Creations starts with a real conversation about your household: how many people you're feeding, the dietary preferences and restrictions involved, the kitchen we'll be working in, and the kind of experience you want to create. From there, Chef Matt builds a custom menu and confirms every detail in writing well before the date.

The service itself is fully turnkey. We handle planning, seasonal sourcing, in-home cooking, plating or portioning, and a complete kitchen cleanup before we leave. With more than eighteen years in professional kitchens — including time as an executive chef by age twenty-two and ongoing membership in the United States Personal Chef Association — Chef Matt brings restaurant-level technique into homes across South Jersey, the Jersey Shore, the Philadelphia Main Line, and South Carolina's Grand Strand.
