    Set up your household profile: allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and portions.

    Thursday

    Your menu arrives. Approve it, request changes, or skip the week.

  3. 3

    Saturday 5 PM

    Menus lock. If you don't respond, we proceed with your proposed menu.

    Groceries

    You shop from our finalized list, or we place and schedule your grocery order for you.

  5. 5

    Service Day

    Your chef arrives, cooks, packages everything, and leaves your kitchen clean.

You Shop

We send your finalized grocery list. Everything must be purchased and refrigerated before your chef arrives.

We Shop

+$40 per week

We build and schedule your online grocery order. Groceries and store service fees are billed at actual cost with an itemized receipt, never marked up. You receive and refrigerate the groceries.

Containers are provided by you, or we can add them to your grocery order at cost.

Simple Billing

  • Card on file at enrollment. Your first service is charged at signup.
  • Your weekly service fee is charged Saturday at 5 PM for the week ahead.
  • If we shop for you, groceries are charged at cost once your order closes, with an itemized receipt.
  • No invoices. Nothing to chase.

Frequently Asked Questions

New Jersey, Philadelphia and the Main Line, and Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand, South Carolina. Service runs Monday through Thursday.

Anytime. Cancellations received before Saturday at 5 PM take effect immediately. After the cutoff, that week's menu, groceries, and chef are committed, so that week is completed and charged. There are no termination fees.

Yes. You can skip up to 4 weeks per quarter. Skips must be requested by Saturday at 5 PM. A skip requested after the cutoff is charged in full.

Allergies and dietary restrictions are part of your profile and reviewed before every menu. Every 90 days we ask you to confirm your profile is current. Until you confirm, we need your explicit menu approval each week.

Your chef will work with everything that's safe and usable. If the service can't reasonably go ahead, the service fee is refunded minus a $75 trip fee. If a grocery order we placed fails, you are not charged.

Emergency grocery runs are available for $75 plus actual cost, subject to availability.

Our Private Chef Placement service matches your household with a dedicated chef, either Chef Matt or a hand-selected member of our team, for custom schedules, multiple days per week, or seasonal and second-home service. Pricing is set by consultation.
