Virtual Bachelorette Cooking Class
Celebrate together when the bridal party is spread across four cities — 90 minutes live with a private chef, nationwide.
Bridal parties are rarely in one place anymore. One bridesmaid is in Denver, two are in the city, the bride's cousin has a newborn, and the maid of honor is quietly doing math on who can actually afford a flight. A virtual cooking class is the celebration that doesn't require any of them to travel.
Ninety minutes, live, everybody in their own kitchen with a drink in hand and Chef Matt on the other screen — cooking the same menu, at the same time, correcting knife grips by name and keeping the pace moving. It's the pre-wedding night the whole party can say yes to.
Planning an in-person weekend too? See bachelorette party chef service for shore house dinners, or browse all virtual cooking classes.
Launching Soon — Dates To Be Determined
Chef Matt's live virtual cooking classes are still in development. The format, menus, and pricing below are final, but no class dates have been scheduled yet and seats are not yet on sale. Send an inquiry to join the early list and we'll reach out first when the calendar opens. In the meantime, in-home cooking classes are available now across NJ, PA, and SC.
Everything but the Plane Tickets
The maid of honor sends one link. We handle the menu, the lists, the dietary notes, and the pacing.
- 90-minute live class led by Chef Matt, private to your bridal party
- Menu call with the bride or maid of honor before the date
- Shopping list and equipment checklist written to drop straight into the group chat
- Dietary swaps built in — vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy notes handled ahead of time
- Optional cocktail pairing taught alongside the food
- One join link, plus a two-minute tech-check note for the least tech-comfortable bridesmaid
- Recipe booklet emailed to everyone afterward, with the bride's name on it
- Recording for anyone whose flight, shift, or time zone got in the way
Priced Per Person
Private Bachelorette Class
8-person minimum — $800. Groceries are each participant's own and are never billed through us.
- 90 minutes, live, on your date
- Private to your party — nobody else on the call
- Cocktail pairing taught on request
Public Class Option
No minimum. For a smaller party — three or four people — that would rather join a scheduled class than book a private one.
- 90 minutes on a published date
- Set menu, other guests on the call
One kitchen = one screen. Three bridesmaids sharing an apartment count as one kitchen, not three.
A virtual bachelorette class is 90 minutes, live, private to your party, and priced at $100 per person with an 8-person minimum. Public classes are $75 per person with no minimum. Pricing is per person, however many people are standing at that counter.
How the Night Runs
- Menu call. Fifteen minutes with the bride or maid of honor. We settle the menu, the dietary notes, and whether a cocktail is going in.
- Lists to the group chat. Shopping list and equipment checklist about ten days out, formatted to forward as-is.
- Everyone logs on. One link, no app to install. Cameras on, drinks poured, kitchens ready.
- Cook together for 90 minutes. Chef Matt demonstrates, the party cooks, and he watches the pans on screen. Recipe booklet and recording follow the next day.
It Pairs With the In-Person Weekend
Most parties that book this do both. The virtual class happens a month out, when the whole list can attend — including the people who already said no to the trip. Then the smaller group that does travel gets a private chef dinner at the shore house on the weekend itself. The class becomes the shared reference point everybody has, and the weekend stops being the only chance to celebrate.
Why It Beats a Group Video Call With Wine
A call with no structure runs out of air in twenty minutes and the quiet bridesmaids never speak. Cooking gives everyone a task, a counter, and a reason to keep the camera on — and it ends with dinner instead of an awkward goodbye. The photos are better too: five kitchens, five plates, one menu.
Ideal For
Long-Distance Bridal Parties
Bridesmaids spread across four cities, celebrating on the same night.
Guests Who Can't Travel
New moms, tight budgets, and impossible work schedules all still get to come.
Pre-Weekend Kickoffs
A month-out celebration that builds up to the in-person weekend.
Cocktail-Forward Groups
Add a paired cocktail and the class doubles as the pre-game.
Second-Time Celebrations
For brides who already had a shower and want something less formal.
Bridal Showers & Engagements
Same format, works just as well for a shower or engagement night.
How It Works
- 1
Menu Call With the Bride
Fifteen minutes with the bride or maid of honor to lock the menu, note allergies and dietary needs, and decide whether a paired cocktail goes in at the top of the class.
- 2
Lists Go to the Group Chat
A shopping list and equipment checklist about ten days out, written to forward as-is. Everyone shops at their own store, on their own schedule, in one trip.
- 3
Everybody Logs On
One link, no app to install, and a short tech-check note for whoever needs it. Cameras on, drinks poured, cutting boards out.
- 4
Cook Together for 90 Minutes
Chef Matt demonstrates each step, then the party cooks it while he watches pans across every kitchen. Recipe booklet and the recording go out the next day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Book Virtual Bachelorette Cooking Class With Chef Matts
Bringing a chef into your home should feel calm, considered, and personal — not transactional. Every booking with Chef Matts Culinary Creations starts with a real conversation about your household: how many people you're feeding, the dietary preferences and restrictions involved, the kitchen we'll be working in, and the kind of experience you want to create. From there, Chef Matt builds a custom menu and confirms every detail in writing well before the date.
The service itself is fully turnkey. We handle planning, seasonal sourcing, in-home cooking, plating or portioning, and a complete kitchen cleanup before we leave. With more than eighteen years in professional kitchens — including time as an executive chef by age twenty-two and ongoing membership in the United States Personal Chef Association — Chef Matt brings restaurant-level technique into homes across South Jersey, the Jersey Shore, the Philadelphia Main Line, and South Carolina's Grand Strand.
